各位大神allegro17.4中调用impedance workflow异常应该如何配置？

安装的是Cadence SPB 17.4-2019、Hotfix_SPB17.40.039_wint、sigrity2022.1、Cadence Sigrity v22.10.400 Hotfix，现在在allegro中执行impedance workflow进行阻抗分析，但是提示Failed to run the IDA analysis because the SPEEDEM Generator executable could not be found. Ensure that Sigrity release 2021.1, ISR5(HF5) or later is installed and the SIGRITY_EDA_DIR environmentvariable is set to the installation directory. allegro中的sigrity_eda_dir已经设置，系统的用户环境变量也已经设置，但依然无法使用。请问各版主和各位大神有成功使用过的吗？应该怎么设置？
